Costa Koulouris, P.E.

Constantinos “Costa” Koulouris is a General Superintendent at Northeast Structural Steel. He graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Civil Engineering. Costa has an in-depth knowledge of engineering and construction through his work experience as a general contractor. He specializes in bridge and roadway construction and has worked on various heavy highway projects throughout Westchester County, Rockland County, and New York City. Costa received his Professional Engineering degree in 2016. He is a certified traffic control supervisor and is also trained in crane signalling and rigging.
