Isaac Umaña

Isaac Umaña has recently come on board with Northeast Structural Steel Inc. as the company Safety Director. For the past 10 years, Isaac has worked as an independent consultant providing health, safety and risk assessments for a broad number of construction companies. His focus was promoting a safe work environment using statistics and trends, as well as identifying behavioral challenges to achieve a true safety culture. Being an OSHA authorized outreach trainer he has been involved in teaching both in classrooms and on the field setting.
